Easter!!

Hey all!!! We hope that you all had a great Easter. Also, we hope that you know the reason for the season. The atonement of Jesus Christ, we're so greatful for him and all of the things that he has done for us. We also love the extra little traditions that come along with this holiday. We were able to do lots of the things that come along with this Easter Holiday. Here are a few cute pictures of Ethan's first Easter.

Ethan is trying to help papie color an egg! He tried earlier and turned into the one green arm hulk!!So Ethan and papie are finishing up with the egg coloring! We now call this egg "Special Ethan"!!!!! Ethan loves to eat eggs. Papie broke one of the eggs and decided to share it with Ethan. We think that he's going to love eating eggs for the next few weeks!!!

Now that the coloring of the eggs are done we can go hide them and get Ethan to try to find them. We're thinking that he's going to need a little help with the picking up of the little eggs. Here are some pictures of us going on an easter egg hunt!!!

Uh-oh the bear is trying to take one of our eggs, but Ethan can give him a cute look and get it from him!!!We found the last egg!! As you can see, Ethan loves to put the eggs in his mouth and that turned out kinda crazy!!! Luckly it's food coloring and it came off his face really easily during tubby time!!

Ethan is very lucky, he has two sets of grandparents that are GRRRReat!!! He is just so spoiled by both sets. He was given a basket, veggies, a book, a easter bib, and a Care bear bunny from his grandma and grandpa M. So yesterday his grandma and grandpa P gave him lots of gifts too. He had to go searching for them, so papie was nice enough to help him out! What a great papie!!!

Ethan got this basket from his Phillips grandparents. He really doen't want to let go, but it's time to get started on our next hunt!!!Ethan found his little bunny first. Should we continue on? Oh, yes!!!Next Ethan found his puffs! Banana and strawberry flavor,"YUM"!!!"Thank you grandma and grandpa, we could use some new socks!!!!"A new outfit to go along with our new socks. What great grandparents Ethan has!!

Last, but not least, a book just for Ethan!!!! Oh what a fun day!!!!

What time is it?...Vegie time!!!!

So last week Ethan started to eat his vegetables. He liked a few, but didn't like the taste of some of the others. This week he got sick so we need to give him formula and medicines. He really doesn't like the medicine, but he a good little boy and takes it any ways. He is also a great baby even when he is sick. Any ways here are some cute pics.

This is the first day that Ethan tried green beans. We don't think that Ethan likes them very much!!

"Can we get this yucky stuff off of my bibe?"This is the first day Ethan tried carrots. We think that he really likes to eat the carrots more than any other vegies.

Ethan is waiting to get some more of his carrots to eat, but mama isn't as fast as this little man!!!This is the first day that Ethan tries to eat Squash. We really can't tell what he thinks about it. What do you think?

Weekend Trip!!!

We're sorry about not keeping our blog up to date, but things have been keeping us bussy! Last weekend we went to see Sharifa's parents. Here are some cute pictures that we took over the weekend. We also went to Rexburg ID to see the new LDS temple and to see an old friend of Sharifa's!!!!!!

Sharifa was looking through some of her older items at her parents house. While looking for things to take back home, she found this cute little knitted hat. It barely fit Ethan, but isn't he just so addorable?!!! He is soooo happy about his new little hat, he loves the little hat!!!!!

We were able to go upto Rexburg and see one of Sharifa's friend from high school. From left to right there is Emily, David, Ethan, and Sharifa. Sharifa and Ethan had so much fun with their old/new friends,but Steve was filling a little left out.

After seeing Emily and David, we went up the hill to go see the new LDS temple. It was so beautiful. We decided to take a picture of the temple, what do think about it? It is really new, and just so wonderful from the outside. The only thing is that it is very vertical!!Grandma M loves to read to Ethan, and Ethan enjoyed hearing Grandma and touching the little animals!!!! Can you see how Ethan is so interested in the book. He loves to read and look at book pictures!

Sleeping!!!

We were going through our pictures and found some very cute pictures of Ethan in the many different ways that he like to fall asleep! We love our little Ethan and think that he is the funniest little boy in the world. We hope that all of you will get a little kick out of these pictures as we do!! We think is having a great dream. What do you think? It's tummy time!! He was really loud at the begining, but suddenly he went quiet. Why? He fell asleep on his tummy. It's so funny, don't you think? Super Bowl Sunday, we were watching the game and it was late. Ethan fell asleep on our friends' couch. We had to take him home and put him straight to bed!!

Just Hangin Out!!!!

We just thought that we would show you some really cute pictures of Ethan. Ethan, at this age, has lots of new and crazy things that he likes to do!! We just love to see him doing all of the things that he says and does!!! We love to take pictures of the Ethan in what ever he does. We hope that all of you like these pictures as much as we love them. Every time that I see them it makes me smile and laugh!! Every day Ethan does something to make us feel greatful for having such a great son. He makes us laugh every day no matter what he does!!

Ethan and his best friend Melvin. He goes every where with Melvin, they even go to bed together. The outfit Melvin is wearing is an outfit that Ethan used to wear. It's so weird to think that Ethan used to fit into something sooo small!!!

Ethan loves to jump up and down in his bouncer. We are so greatful to one of Steve's co-workers, she was so nice enough to give it to us. Ethan just loves to use it so mucht. He just loves to jump around all the time!!

Ethan has lots of fun getting all of his energy out, but he decides that he is tired. Jumping and bouncing around is lots of fun, but it's nice to have a little break. We think that Ethan lookes just sooo cute!!! What do you think?
