videos!!!

Hey all. I hope that you all are doing great. It's been kinda crazy around our house trying to get Steve ready for school and getting started on his new job. I've been trying to keep the house in order, but that's hard when you have a little one taking everything down when you just put it away!!!! Well on this post we just wanted to show you all how much Ethan has grown and now he is walking!!!! Here is a videos of him walking, is it close to the first time that he isn't that stable!!!

4th of July

So we know that the fourth was over a week gone, but we have so many pictures and videos of Ethan on his first fourth. We really want you all to see and enjoy them as much as we do. We were just waiting for the activities to start. We had just had an icie a few minutes before. Ethan just hangin on to his stroller showing off his two teeth that he has. Grandpa found a seat that he really like and Ethan didn't mind 'cause he would rather just walk around with everyone else.Steve playing a game of basketball and getting wet. He played twice and both times got wet!!!

Here's a video of Ethan and Steve going down a big blow-up slide. I don't know what Ethan thought about it, but the rest of us were sure having fun watching him!!!

After we were done with the festivities in North Ogden we decided to go home and play in the water. Swimming lessons

We're sorry, but we saw these two videos of Ethan getting ready to swim and while he his swimming that we thought you all might like to see. We think that our little Ethan is just a cute little boy and he loves to play in the water!!! We hope you all will like the videos as much as we do!!!!

Father's Day 08/Swimming Lessons

So we know that it has been over a week since Father's Day, but we still wanted to show you all what a great Papie we have. Ethan and Sharifa are so happy that we have such a great dad and want all of you to know that. There could never be a greater dad than our Papie and we are just so greatful that he is in our lives. He treats us better than, sometime, we deserve. What a dad!!!!!!!!! Ethan Loves his Papie. Look at that smile!!If you look closely you can see what Steve's shirt sayes. Ethan gave Papie this shirt for Father's Day. Ethan picked it out just for his great father!!!!
We got Papie a Father's Day Ice Cream Cake. We think that Ethan loved it a little bit more than his papie. What do you think? Ethan really loves ice cream and we have a hard time getting him to stop eating ice cream unless it is all gone!!!

The past two weeks Ethan and Sharifa were able to take swimming lessons at the city pool. We really enjoyed the classes and the things that we learned from our classes. Here are some pictures of Ethan and Sharifa having some fun. We hope that the classes will help us so that we can be safe while swimming this summer!!

Zoo Day!!!

Hey all we know that it's been a while since we posted a new blog, but we think that you all will love what we have to share with you all!!! Last Saturday our family got some great suprises. First, we got to have grandma and grandpa McClaskey come to town and spend the whole weekend with us. Second, Steve was able to get his first Saturday off in a long time so we decided to go to the zoo with our grandparents and really enjoyed the day. It started out to be a cold day, but it got a little warmer, not that it seemed like a summer day! Well, here are some fun pictures of us enjoying the zoo!!

Here is an elephant. It was the first one that we could get without it's but facing us!!

A white alligator, it was so very cool to see something like that, but most of the animals didn't interest Ethan that much.

Ethan was enjoying the white alligator's enviroment more than he liked the white alligator it's self. What a crazy kid!!!!! He loved to see the water full that was inside.

Ethan really loved to see the monkeys, his grandpa Phillips would be very proud!!! Here he is playing with a little lemur and having lots of fun 'cause the lemur would come over and play with him!!!!

Ethan decides that he wants to go into the cage and play with the linx, but the linx doesn't feel like playing right now. He seem a little tired!
