Activity Time!!!

For the past few days we have been doing new and exciting things with our Ethan. He has been working on getting better at the whole walking thing and we think that he is really loving it. Now a days he like to get into anything that he is not suppose to, but he does anyways. Ethan loves to spend time with his dad and now that Steve is working at Walmart disturibution center he is working on weekend and gets to stay home and play with Ethan during the week. That will be untill school starts. Here are some videos of Ethan enjoying some activities while working on his walking skills. He is starting to go faster and faster each new day and he is just getting a lot better with the balancing too!

Sharifa's Thanks yous!!!

I just want to write a quick little thank you to my mom and dad for sending a wonderful card to me on my birthday and for the money to. I really love and appreciate very thing that you do for me! I'm so greatful to have such great parents that love me as much as you do. I want to thank my mom and dad Phillips for watching my crazy Ethan and for letting us have a little party at their house. Also thank you for the gift card I will surely use it in a second flat. I really appreciate all the support that you give to me and my family and all the love that you bring into our lives!!! Thank you all for either calling, texting, or emailing me and telling me to have a happy day. I am thankful for your friendship and love. One last person I want to thank is my best friend and husband who means more to me than anything in the world. I'm so blessed to have some one like you who loves me for me and takes care of me! Once again THANK YOU ALL!!!!!!

Birthday time!!!!

Okay, I know that's it's been a while since we have said anything, so will just let you know what's been going on. On Tuesday, August 5th, it was our 3rd anniversary. We are becoming poor because of school and Ethan eating so much, so the two of us just went out to dinner and went to a movie. We went and saw the 3rd Mummy movie and didn't think that it was all that great, but we did enjoy spending some quite time together! We've been doing a lot of swimming and enjoying the warm weather. Yesterday was Sharifa's 21st birthday(just kidding, she turned 23). We decided that she would just turn 21 every year so that Steve can remember how old she and she can stay young every year. Hey, it works for the both of us!!!! Steve was such a great husband that he planned the activities for us to do. We went and played on go carts and also went miniture golfing which was a lot of fun. Then we went to dinner where he had the waiters sing "Happy Birthday" to Sharifa, which made her a little red! Later we catched up with Ethan, Grandma, and Grandpa Phillips to have some cake and ice cream. To Sharifa's surpise Steve had invited the neighbers over. She really loved seeing Gram, Jack, Kelli, and Jeff there to celebrate with her!!! Here are some pictures of that evening.

Here is the cake that Steve bought Sharifa. She really liked it, even though she is 23 she still likes princess thinks. This was a great cake for her. Here are the gifts that Steve and Ethan got for Sharifa. They got her a pair of shorts so that she would stop wearing Steve's all the time. They got her a hair straightner 'cause hers was broken. Then Steve thought that since Sharif watches the Disney channel a lot she would like the Jonas Brothers CD and Miley Cyrus CD. He likes to make fun of her, but she really does enjoy the gifts that Steve and Ethan gave to her!!

Hey all. I hope that you all are doing great. It's been kinda crazy around our house trying to get Steve ready for school and getting started on his new job. I've been trying to keep the house in order, but that's hard when you have a little one taking everything down when you just put it away!!!! Well on this post we just wanted to show you all how much Ethan has grown and now he is walking!!!! Here is a videos of him walking, is it close to the first time that he isn't that stable!!!

4th of July

So we know that the fourth was over a week gone, but we have so many pictures and videos of Ethan on his first fourth. We really want you all to see and enjoy them as much as we do. We were just waiting for the activities to start. We had just had an icie a few minutes before. Ethan just hangin on to his stroller showing off his two teeth that he has. Grandpa found a seat that he really like and Ethan didn't mind 'cause he would rather just walk around with everyone else.Steve playing a game of basketball and getting wet. He played twice and both times got wet!!!

After we were done with the festivities in North Ogden we decided to go home and play in the water.
