This past Sunday turned out to be a great day for our family. Seven years ago Steve and I got married in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple for time and all eternity. We also decided to have our new little baby blessed on this day. So we got to celebrate two special occasions with close friends and family. I was worried that the day would be cold and wet, but it turned out to be such a great day!! No rain and it wasn't extremely hot either! I'm so grateful to have so many people that care enough for us that they would come from long ways away to come support us! We have such GREAT friends and WONDERFUL family members that we love and we feel very blessed to be a part of their lives. Here are some pictures of that wonderful day!
I know this picture was used before, but I can't upload any others. Besides it looks pretty good! The BIG 7! |
Our cute little princess with her nails all painted white to match her dress. |
Layla in her new dress and her pearl jewelery I made for her. |
Everything and her booties that Grandma T wore as a little baby |
Just the three of us. I had to take what I could get. We had the lunch at a park and there is no way we were going to get the kids to stay still for a photo opp. |
Daddy and Layla |
Mommy and Layla |
The kids working hard in the sand. Hadley helping Ethan and Daisy. |
Daisy enjoying playing in the sand by herself. |
Ethan in his own world while Hadley is playing near him. |
Smiling for the camera. What a dirty little girl! |
Jackson and Paige enjoying the water fountains. They are so cute together, they're only a month apart. |
Rowdy enjoying the warm weather and being outside. He is such a cute little guy. |
Daisy in her own world. |
Harley |
I wish we could keep her. Too bad she doesn't live close by I'd use her a lot. She could rock Layla to sleep like a pro!!! |
Baseball time with Uncle Dave. |
Parker and Steve waiting for the ball. |
Getting some help from mom (Jackson's not Paige's). |
Turning around for a picture. |
The two dirt girls. |
These two girls are like two peas in a pod. There was a great photo opt, but I thought it better that I go get the girls before they ran into the street. I just wish I had gotten my camera on my way to get them. They were holding hands while walking away from the group. What crazy little girls, but they're so cute so I couldn't stay mad at them for long!
Paige saying "cheese" while Daisy is just sick of mom and trying to play! |
Becky and Sophie |
The Reeder Family |
Paige didn't like what mommy(sitting on the right-hand side) had to say to her. She's even cute with a little frown! |
Parker wanting a turn to hold the baby, with a little help from dad. |
The back side of Maverick and Daisy. |
The front-side of the cousins. They are just so cute!! I'm a little bias seeing I'm the aunt and mom of these two cuties! |
What a day, time for a nap!! |
"Play ball!" |
After having lunch and fun at the park we had our cousins come play at our house while we waited to hear from their mom. A few of us got naps while the rest watched fun movies and later found some Avenger masks and had lots of fun running around with them!
The Hulk! Very scarey! |
Mav as Captain America! |
