Zoo Day!!!

Hey all we know that it's been a while since we posted a new blog, but we think that you all will love what we have to share with you all!!! Last Saturday our family got some great suprises. First, we got to have grandma and grandpa McClaskey come to town and spend the whole weekend with us. Second, Steve was able to get his first Saturday off in a long time so we decided to go to the zoo with our grandparents and really enjoyed the day. It started out to be a cold day, but it got a little warmer, not that it seemed like a summer day! Well, here are some fun pictures of us enjoying the zoo!!

Here is an elephant. It was the first one that we could get without it's but facing us!!

A white alligator, it was so very cool to see something like that, but most of the animals didn't interest Ethan that much.

Ethan was enjoying the white alligator's enviroment more than he liked the white alligator it's self. What a crazy kid!!!!! He loved to see the water full that was inside.

Ethan really loved to see the monkeys, his grandpa Phillips would be very proud!!! Here he is playing with a little lemur and having lots of fun 'cause the lemur would come over and play with him!!!!

Ethan decides that he wants to go into the cage and play with the linx, but the linx doesn't feel like playing right now. He seem a little tired!

Here is a really cute gorilla. He was lots of fun to watch, but Ethan decided that he wanted to sleep.

Lava Weekend!!!!!

On this memorial day weekend we went to Lava Hot Springs with the Phillips grandparents!!! We really enjoyed the hot pools and were very excited to see what Ethan would think about the water. Luckly, Ethan loved to swim and loved to splash aroun in the water, he is known as our "fish out of water"!!! We are soo excited that Ethan and Sharifa are starting there swimming classes on monday!!!! We'll see if Ethan will have just as much fun in colder water!!! Well, here are some pictures of us having so much fun in the warm pools!!

Summer Time!!!!

Hey all!! Sorry that it's been such a long time, but a lot of things have been happening in our lives and little Ethan. In the past few days Ethan has grown a lot. He has got two teeth and is starting to learn how to crawel. Now it's hard to keep him still. He loves to move like a speedy bullet. It's not going to get any easier, but he loves to be able to move around on his own!!! Also Ethan has learned to drive and hear are some pictures of him taking his papie's car out for a drive.

"Watch out for the other cars Easie!!""Watch the road smiley!!!" This outfit was given to Ethan by his Uncle Matt when he was in Hawaii!!Doesn't he look like a little Hawaiian man?

Now these next picture of Ethan enjoying his first swimming!!!! He had a hard time at the begining, but started to love splashing and playing in the water. He finally understood that swimming was a lot like taking a tubby!!! I hope you enjoy these next pictures!!! It was one of the hotties day that we have had in the past few months and we enjoyed watching Ethan play in the water. It was a great day!!!

Time for Fun!!!!!!!

Hey everyone!!!! Sorry that there hasn't been any pictures for the past month or so. We have been very busy with house things. Steve took out our carpet and linolium and put in new carpet and very nice tile. After he finished our floors Sharifa had to put all the things back. Here are some pictures of Ethan helping mommy clean the house up! What a great helper!!!!!

Here is a video of Ethan starting to walk. He loves to walk and doesn't crawl to much, he is trying to learn how to crawl and getting really close to crawling!!!!

Here is Ethan swining. We went to the park , a while ago, on a nice sunny day and he loved to swing in the swing. Just yesterday we went to the same park and I put him on the swing set, but he really didn't like to ride on the swings. He was holding on so tight the his little knuckles were turning white. Then he started to cry and whine. I even put him on my lap and tried to get him to like swinging again, but that didn't work out. I guess he is just really scared of swings now.

Crazy TImes

Sorry about not getting things up for the past month, but things have been just a little crazy at our house. We're trying to get our house ready to sell and find a place to live if/when we go down to salt lake city. Ethan has been a hand full too, but we love him more than anything in the whole wide world!!!!
