Easter

The Saturday before Easter Sharifa's parents were able to come and spend sometime with us and we were able to have lunch together. They also stayed to help color eggs with the kids, which they really enjoyed having all the attention. On Easter Sunday Steve was able to come to church with us for the first time in a while, but that meant he wouldn't be able to come to his parents house for dinner that night. Sharifa and the kids went to Brigham to spend sometime with Grandma Colleen and Grandpa Mike, they sure had lots of fun playing outside in the warm weather! We all enjoyed the holiday weekend and are so grateful for the gift of life that was given to us from our Heavenly Father. We are also grateful for Jesus Christ and the Atonement so that we will some day be able to leave with him and our Heavenly Father some day. We hope you all had a very enjoyable holiday weekend. Here are some pictures of the fun we were able to have.
Getting started with the egg coloring. The kids were both really excited to color eggs.
Daisy wanting to eat one of the hard boiled egg, so she took a bite and found out it was a little crunchy. She didn't mind, but mom thought it might be a little better to take off the shell first.
Ethan showing dad the coloring on his elbow while Daisy checks out the inside of her egg.
Ethan showing off his BIG muscles.
Daisy and Ethan posing for the camera. We don't know why, but Ethan just wanted to show his back-side (crazy kid)!
